RnevoX

A clear question. A testable method.

Our scientific approach starts with the source, the cargo and the biological context, then asks what evidence would support the next step.

What the evidence represents

General literature, founder publications, patent application records and Rnevox-specific results represent different kinds of evidence.

Scientific background

Published guidance and reviews inform terminology, methods and research questions.

Founder publications

Earlier work documents Senem Şimşek's research contribution in cell differentiation and disease modelling.

Patent application records

Technical disclosures and named inventors are distinct from product validation, granted rights and company ownership.

Rnevox-specific results

No product-specific experimental dataset is presented on this site. Any future result should identify its methods, model, limitations and publication status.

RNA cargo is a measurement question

Published studies have identified coding and non-coding RNAs in selected EV preparations. Finding RNA does not by itself demonstrate delivery, translation or a useful biological effect.

Choose the model for the question

We propose a staged evaluation strategy, selecting models according to the material, exposure route and biological question.

Organoids

Consider relevant three-dimensional models to examine cell responses and variation within a defined biological context.

Bioprinted constructs

Explore whether a designed tissue arrangement would help assess interactions between cells, cargo and surrounding material.

Air-liquid interface models

Consider these systems where an exposed epithelial surface is appropriate to the research question.

Controls and comparison

Compare carrier, cargo and formulation controls, with measurements chosen to distinguish association, uptake and biological response.

The link to regenerative biology

Cell differentiation and tissue function connect this research with regenerative biology. Evidence must be established separately for each material and intended use.

Research context

The questions that determine progress

The proposed evaluation addresses material quality, biological barriers and safety before an application claim can be made.

Stability

Track changes in integrity, composition and activity during storage and handling.

Batch consistency

Compare independent preparations to establish how much their properties vary.

Scalable manufacturing

Test whether increasing production preserves material quality, recovery and reproducibility.

Cargo characterisation

Measure RNA classes, abundance and integrity alongside other cargo, and distinguish vesicle-associated material from non-vesicular components.

Gastrointestinal barriers

For oral concepts, test exposure to relevant digestive conditions and barriers to transport.

Targeting and release

Determine where material goes, what is released and whether the intended interaction occurs.

Long-term safety

Assess dose, repeated exposure and unintended responses over relevant durations for each material and intended use.

From wet-lab data to in silico questions

We aim to explore AI, machine learning and deep learning for biological imaging and omics analysis, with hypotheses tested through laboratory experiments.
